As for Job Search Training you will learn how the employment industry works and how to find (the better) hidden jobs, where you will have far less, if no competition at all when applying. Job search training consist of 2 modules for around 6 hours, broken down into 2 hour Zoom online sessions. Clients seem to respond better this way. Just so you know, it isn’t for the faint of heart as it requires a pro-active, networking mentality and a commitment to the plan in order to achieve the results you want. The good thing is that if you do commit to it, you will have a high chance of finding a job you actually want and enjoy.
As part and additional to the Job Search Training, you will receive:
– Agenda for the Initial Networking Meeting;
– Responses to Advertisements examples;
– The “Tell me About Yourself” instructions (probably the most important question to master);
– Follow-up Email examples;
– Phone scripts and examples to use;
– S.T.A.R Method manual;
– Brand statement instructions &
– Elevator Pitch.
If you feel you would prefer support after the training to keep you motivated and on track, I do offer a “Get That Job!” service where I work with you for 6 weeks as an add-on service to the Job Search Training.
