Additional to the above, I personally analyse your assessment, provide written commentary and advice along with connecting via Zoom for a counselling session (for up to three hours) to discuss the assessment in detail, provide further advice and to create an action plan.
My recommendation for people wanting to transition into one industry from another or unsure on their career direction, usually have greater success with the Advanced version as it encapsulates everything required to come to quality career decisions and clients generally do not require additional sessions. The standard service may require more than one session. This of course, depends on the individual as everyone is different. Clients average around three to four sessions on this level of service.
