Better More Consulting was established by Matthew Arkoshy, a human resources, staffing and recruitment professional with over 15 years industry experience. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Business (Human Resource Management) & post graduate qualifications in Career Development specialising in career counselling. Throughout the past 15+ years, Matthew has held a number of prominent positions starting his corporate career from the bottom, quickly progressing through to MD of a multi-national conglomerate responsible for the entire Australian operations.
