• Discuss your situation, your background, the job specifics and organisation;
• Send in your existing resume and covering letter, including any other supporting documents required (e.g. Position Description);
• We will provide with you an honest assessment based on our years of experience and provide you with a quote for recommended services;
• Select which services you wish to move forward with and make payment to progress to the next stage;
• If a resume and covering letter is required we will contact you for a detailed information gathering session (45 mins), drawing out all the information needed to support your resume, specifically against the job, organisation and selection criteria;
• If selection criteria questions are specifically required we will contact you for a further information gathering session (45 mins) to ensure we respond above and beyond the industry standard, making sure you stand out and highlighting why you are the best person for the job;
• We will provide you with draft versions of all applicable documents and will correct any errors or abnormalities;
• We will send you your final and completed versions in Word or PDF format, application ready and optimised to rank highly against the ATS (Applicant Tracking Software), ensuring your application is in the top 10% of suitable candidates guaranteeing it will be read by a human;
• As an added bonus, we will provide you with some valuable tips and tricks you can utilise to further support your application and again help to personalise you with a human element and not just an emotionless, black and white piece of paper. These tips are very powerful and can be the deciding factor to get you over the line, even if you’re not the most experienced candidate in the running.
